Folio site redesign: Part IV
Today I came up with a new idea while I was at uni (unlimited blank paper will do that to you). Unfortunately it looked a lot better in my head and as a thumbnail than as a mock-up. With a bit of tweaking it may work, so I'd love to hear any suggestions.
I'm thinking of doing this one as a Flash folio site. This design gives me ideas for transitions, you see, and I love doing transitions. So far I've only done two slightly different versions of the home page so I thought I'd put them up to gather opinions before I get too far on this. This design is considerably different from the previous one, versions of which can be found here and here.
While I liked using bright colours in the previous mock-ups, a few people pointed out that they weren't the best for showing my work (my work is pretty varied style and colour-wise so neutral colours would be best).
